MAGIC RACK

The MAGIC RACK provides a means to fill and store totes that have plastic liners. The MAGIC RACK has plastic enclosed panels which reduces air migration. The MAGIC RACK is designed to provide high density storage so that vertical height is kept as low as possible. The optional work light provides for ample light in the storage area. In the beginning, the empty totes are placed in the upper levels. When all totes have been filled, they will be on the lower shelves. The tote in the fill position can be reciprocated for even filling. An optional shaker can be employed for still more parts leveling. The MAGIC RACK is a fantastic tote handling machine that can assist in many manufacturing systems.
